QC add-on is the industry-specific solution; using this solution an organization can enhance the quality control parameters in procurement and production processes. It also caters to quality check of by-products to ensure quality manufacturing at a reasonable cost. It also caters to the cost to do rework on the product in case any product is accepted with some deviations or rework.

Overall it provides control to the quality department so that they can ensure quality products and processes followed in manufacturing and procurement processes.

We have implemented this add-on at different manufacturing concerns:

Parameter Master: creates all the tests to be applied to the product or processes.
Incoming Material Inspection Plan: caters to all the ideal test results for all the products and processes in procurement.
Product Inspection Plan: caters to all the ideal test results for all the products manufactured in an organization, it also caters for by-products as well.
Incoming Material Inspection: Linked with GRN (Goods Receipt) of SAP linked with Purchase Order and apply all the test and according to ideal results provided in “Incoming Material Inspection Plan” it calculates the deviation if any and provides control to whether accept or reject incoming material. After approval from the add-on, inventory is updated in the Main warehouse.
Product Inspection: Linked with Production Receipt document of SAP and apply al the test and according to ideal results provided in “Product Inspection Plan” it calculates the deviation if any and provides control to whether accept, reject or rework the Production receipt. After approval from the add-on, inventory is updated in Main Warehouse and also categorizes the product as category A, B, or C so that it can be provided for sales accordingly.
